Under the theme "Exploring New Horizons, Striving Forward Together," the event included visits to the new factory and dormitories, exhilarating rafting, a starlit barbecue, fun games, and a mountain climbing challenge. The afternoon rafting activity brought the atmosphere to a thrilling peak. On the rafts, team members worked together with seamless coordination. Despite the splashing waves and moments of excitement, what stood out most was the shared laughter and unity. Amidst the rushing currents of the canyoning experience, the entire team set aside titles and gender roles, immersing themselves in a liberating release. The workplace pressures that had accumulated over time were transformed into splashes of water playfully cast at one another. What seemed like a lighthearted water fight was, in fact, a unique way of building team chemistry—using water as a medium to dissolve barriers and reset interpersonal connections through laughter.

On the morning of the following day, the entire team took part in a mountain climbing activity at Bijia Mountain. Encouraging one another along the way, we looked down upon the rolling peaks upon reaching the summit—a powerful symbol of the team’s spirit of “aiming high and forging ahead with courage and determination.” Along the route, some took the lead in guiding the way, while others passed water and cheered on their teammates. Such gestures revealed the warmth of the team in the smallest of details.
